He also has proven experience in introducing and leading change, increasing employee engagement and guiding HR organizations through mergers, acquisitions, and spin-offs.

Mike has a bachelor’s degree in Operations Management from the University of Evansville and an MBA from Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana. In addition, Mike studied Labor Relations at Cornell University.
Mike and his wife live in Argyle, Texas and have two college-age children.
